Kolsch
ABV 5.5% IBU 22
The Swiss Army knife in the Wet Ticket lineup. This traditional Kolsch beer will be enjoyed by anyone who describes themselves as a beer drinker. With a tad more alcohol than your standard Kolsch , this beer is very popular with those new to craft beer, and can be paired with just about any dish. Try it with your favorite fish or even a hearty bowl of chili.

Monk Haze IPA
Inspired by our favorite local band the Rusty Monks. The Monks are constantly mixing new sounds, techniques and styles into their music, so that's where we started as we began developing this beer. It's brewed with a new yeast, new hopping techniques and a new hop product to unleash a tropical explosion of flavors with a super clean citrus finish.
Brewing in many ways is similar to the art of tie dying. You have a general plan, you manipulate your variables...and hope for the best. A perfect level of carbonation will deliver hop notes of tangerine and tropical fruit, against a minty creamy background. Built on a New England IPA chassis that combines the fruitiness of the hops with the smoothness of oats and wheat. You'll be amazed at the flavor we've packed into this at 6.4%.

Trolley Hopper

We've blended six hops to create an explosion of JUICY tropical fruit flavors and aromas in this New England style IPA. Vic Secret hops from Australia take the lead here, with Citra, Mosaic, Columbus, Amarillo and Simcoe all doing their part to create a maelstrom of hoppy refreshment. The chassis for this resinous hop bomb is mostly Pale 2-row malt, and just enough oats to contribute to the haze that is the signature of this style.
One Way Ticket - Single Hop IPA
ABV 6.8% IBU 69
One Way Ticket, our single hop IPA is a rotating series of single hop IPAs, Our most recent was a Mosaic New England style IPA, a juicy mixture of berries, mango, stone fruit and citrus flavors wrapped up in a classic NEIPA grain bill creating the perfect balance of haze, body, aroma and taste.
Elise New England IPA
ABV 6.4%
Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops are the stars here and they create a tantalizing blend of unique down under flavor. Double dry hopped with the same hops and some Simcoe to pull it all together, to create a hazy 6.4% NEIPA. The flavor notes we get are white wine and Gooseberry from the Nelson, and the Galaxy very nicely throws in some peach, passion fruit and citrus notes.
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at the Union County Performing Arts Center in celebration of their 95th Anniversary. Golden Muse is a crisp, dry straw colored beer, designed to be the perfect thirst quencher for an enjoyable show at one of NJ's most beautiful theatres.

​What do a brewery owner and a beer broadcaster talk about when they get together? For Tim and Al, it's usually about how much fun they're having and their favorite hops, which is exactly how this collaboration was conceived. A juicy blend of our two favorite hops right now, Sabro and Nectaron come together in a pillowy base of Pilsner malt, Oats and wheat to deliver a tropical, citrusy, fun to drink Hazy IPA. You can never have too much fun!

The name, "Tastes Like The Tropics," really says it all. An enticing upfront Mango aroma leads to a very pleasantly balanced and refreshing beer. Kudos to all the people who provided their input as we went through three "Test Ticket," versions in order to help us finalize the recipe. We think you nailed it.

Tastes Like The Tropics Mango Wheat
As we all become increasingly frustrated with the lack of logical explanations for what's going on around us, and the authorities Droning On with the nonsense explanations we're hearing, we'll at least get a damn good beer out of it. Today we are releasing, "Droning On," our interpretation of an American Lager. Crushingly crisp, and dry hopped with both American and European hops to create a wonderfully flavorful lager blending the best of old world and new world flavors.

"Green Eyed Girl," our 4.6% Dry Irish Stout served on nitro. Black as night and finishing with just the right amount of roast, you'll think she's winking back at you.
Nectro Sonic Boom! NEIPA
5 % ABV
It took the hop breeders in New Zealand 17 years to get the flavors they were looking for in their newest hop, Nectaron. As advertised, this hop is throwing off intense notes of sweet Pineapple, peach and citrus.
Pineapple Hopper
ABV 7 % IBU 77
A Milkshake IPA featuring a subtle addition of vanilla and just enough pineapple to accentuate the tropical fruit hop flavor
Rudy's Refresher
5.9% ABV
A light crisp refreshing treat with a touch of orange in the finish. Just like it's namesake, Rudy's became a fan favorite, so our customers asked us, "Won't you make this beer again?" Available with a Cranberry spiced glass rim. Clarice would approve...any time of the year.
Dream Ticket
ABV 10% / IBU 82
The Dream Ticket is a robust Double India Pale Ale. It's bursting with juicy aromas of candied orange, pineapple, peach and passion fruit. Those aromas transition onto the palate and finish dank and resinous.

At 10% ABV it's not for the faint of heart, but will certainly please the most discerning hop head.

Fully Juiced NEIPA
"Fully Juiced", is a super juicy Double NEIPA is a robust Double India Pale Ale. The hop character is dominated by the strong yet smooth and unique tropical and citrus flavors from Idaho 7. Undertones of peach, mango and stone fruits from Citra and Mosaic hops, put the hop character and aroma over the top. To create the perfect back drop for all these hops, we loaded it with oats and wheat to create a smooth and creamy mouth feel that becomes a tantalizing delivery vehicle for all of that hoppy goodness.

Our Sours
Suggestively Sour - Blueberry/Lemon
ABV 4.9 %
Brewed in the style of a Berliner Weiss, Suggestively Sour is exactly what the name implies. Moderately tart, refrishingly crisp and finishing with just enough lemon to pull it all together.

Suggestively Sour Red Raspberry
Moderately tart, light crisp and with a faintly noticeable touch of sweetness on the backend to pull it all together. This Berliner Weiss is refreshingly drinkable, even for a, "non sour person."
Crush The Slush
5 % ABV
We've really enjoyed expanding our sour repertoire with our latest creation. A heavily Fruited Peach Guava Sour, tentatively named, "Crush the Slush." The brainchild of Assistant Head Brewer, Sean Ward, this baby will rock your world with a delicately executed balance between sourness and the sweetness of the fruit. Thick and delicious!

Hula Time Pina Colada Sour

Ready to celebrate? Then it's Hula Time! The Pineapple and Coconut take their rightful place upfront, while we couldn't resist adding a last bit of tropical bliss coming from background notes of Mango and Passion Fruit. Pro tip: no one will tell if you enjoy it over ice!
Our Seasonals
Coconut Porter
6.5 % ABV
Utterly decadent, chocolatey smooth Porter with a clean, nutty, toasted coconut finish.
Cin-Cho-Pep Mexican Hot Chocolate Stout
7% ABV
A Mexican Chocolate Stout brewed with six malts, a ton of cocoa nibs, cinnamon and just enough Habaneros to provide a very gentle warming sensation on the back end.
"Tastes Like Summer" Watermelon Wheat
ABV 5.8% IBU 15
Dominated by the fresh taste and aroma of watermelon, this beer is the perfect summer refresher. We started with a classic American Wheat recipe, then added the juice of 52 watermelons when the primary fermentation was almost complete. The resulting beer is crisp, dry, and will take you back to your favorite summer memories of finishing a backyard barbeque with a slice of watermelon.

Scarecrow Juice Pumpkin Ale
Like great music this beer hits all the notes. Body, spice, malt and hops all come together to create an ale any beer lover can enjoy.

Here at the brewery we serve the pumpkin with the option to have your glass rimmed with spice. Here is the recipe. We dip the rim in maple syrup, then a mixture of the following;
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Pecan Porter
ABV 6.4% IBU 25
Smooth and complex, with just the right amount of roasty, chocolaty flavors all tied together with a very subtle nuttiness from over 40 pounds of toasted Pecans that went into the mash. The grain bill features six different grains including just enough oats to enhance the body and complement the darker malts. Enjoy with your favorite cheese in front of the fire, and take your time as the beer will begin to express it's true flavors as it warms.
Bottle Release
Barrel Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout
ABV 9.2% IBU 27
Our Imperial Oatmeal Stout was aged in Buffalo Trace barrels for just over a year. The flavor notes is a great combination of bourbon, oak and bakers chocolate. Finishing with background notes of coconut and just the right amount of warming from the alcohol to prepare you for the next sip.
